Veteran singer Kidis The Jembe is not a happy man. The Kamua Leo hitmaker took to his Instagram to tongue-lash singer Bahati for claiming not to know him yet he (Bahati) has been sending him video links via Whatsapp.
The singer went ahead to intimate that he had been behind Bahati’s usage of deep Swahili vocabulary in some of his songs like Barua. So, what exactly happened?
“What Happened When You Stopped Asking Me Those Deeply Swahili Words? “Trash Songs Indeed”..3 Days Ago You Asked Me Who I am?” ranted Kidis.
In one of the conversations, whose screenshots Kidis attached, Kidis was asking Baha about a meeting they had scheduled only for Bahati to ask him who it was, claiming to not have that contact. That’s where hell broke loose.
The conversation ends with Bahati ridiculing Kidis, “Sasa unaniomba collabo na unaongea mbaya bro?”
